Agency guarantees

Licensed detectives

Professionals holding a current licence issued by Spain's Ministry of the Interior. Practice regulated by the Private Security Act 5/2014.

Court admissibility

Reports drafted to be submitted as evidence and upheld in person by the detective before the court.

Professional privilege

Encrypted communication, compartmentalised case files and custody of the material for the retention period required by law, with certified destruction once it expires.

Fixed quote

An hourly investigation rate agreed in writing before we start. No extension without your authorisation.

Areas of investigation

What you need to prove, documented.

Four specialisms: corporate, financial, family and employment. We only act where a legitimate interest is established, as Spanish law requires; if your case does not qualify, we will say so on the first call.

Corporate investigation

Unfair competition, information leaks, trademark misuse, franchisee monitoring and due diligence on partners and suppliers before you sign.

Financial investigation

Real solvency, concealment and fraudulent transfer of assets, asset tracing ahead of enforcing a judgment, and locating debtors, guarantors and heirs.

Family investigation

Custody arrangements, concealed cohabitation used to end maintenance payments, safeguarding of minors at risk, and infidelity with financial consequences.

Employment investigation

Absenteeism, breach of non-compete agreements, misuse of company resources and unfair competition by an employee.

Counter-surveillance

Electronic sweeps of offices, homes and vehicles. Detection of microphones, hidden cameras and GPS trackers.

Expert report

A report drafted with full chain of custody, a dated audiovisual annex, and the detective's testimony at the hearing.

Method

Four phases. None improvised.

The same procedure in every case: that is what makes the report withstand cross-examination by the opposing party.

  1. 01

    Confidential consultation

We hear the case at no cost and assess whether a legitimate interest exists. A non-disclosure agreement is signed before any data changes hands.

  2. 02

    Plan and quote

We define the objective, the means, the estimated hours and the deadline. You receive a fixed written quote; nothing starts without your signature.

  3. 03

    Fieldwork

Surveillance, tailing and verification, all documented with dated material. Regular progress updates throughout.

  4. 04

    Report and testimony

Delivery of the report with its evidential annex and, should the case reach court, the detective appears to uphold it.

The professional

Behind every report there is a name.

We do not subcontract the case or hand it to a junior. Whoever hears your matter on the first call is the one who signs the report and the one who sits in court to uphold it.

A. R. · Private client
“I work with many firms and few hold up well in court. Here the detective stood behind the report point by point.”
J. C. · Family law solicitor

Frequently asked questions

Before you pick up the phone.

Is a detective's report valid as evidence in court?

Yes. The report of a licensed private detective is admitted as a means of evidence, and the professional appears in person to uphold it. That is why we document every action with date, time and chain of custody from day one.

Can anyone commission an investigation?

No. Spanish law requires a legitimate interest in the matter under investigation. We assess this at the initial consultation; where none exists we decline the instruction and explain why.

What does it cost and how is it calculated?

We bill by investigation hours, plus travel and technical means where the case requires them. You receive a fixed written quote before we start, and no extension is carried out without your prior authorisation.

How long does an investigation take?

It depends on the category. A single verification can be resolved in days; surveillance of an irregular pattern of behaviour usually takes several weeks. The initial plan sets an estimated timeframe and we report on every development.

What confidentiality guarantees do I have?

Professional privilege, a signed non-disclosure agreement, encrypted communications and a case file accessible only to the assigned team. We hand you the report when the case closes. Spanish law requires us to keep it archived for at least three years (article 49.4 of Private Security Act 5/2014), so we cannot destroy it sooner even at your request. Recorded images and sound are destroyed three years after the investigation ends, unless tied to court, police or disciplinary proceedings. Once the period expires, destruction is carried out under certificate.

Can I stay anonymous at the first consultation?

Yes. You can set out the case without identifying yourself to find out whether it is viable. Personal data is only needed when the instruction is formalised.

A free first assessment, subject to professional privilege. We will tell you frankly whether your case is viable, what can be proven and what cannot.
